The maker of window cleaning robot "WindowMate" RF will be attending CIROS 2016(China International Robot Show).
This milestone is expected to accelerate the entry to the Chinese market. RF is already discussing with buyers in Jinan and Tianjin, possibly for the launch of WindowMate in China within this year.
Even before WindowMate was officially launched, some Chinese people have already purchased WindowMate from other countries. China has many skyscrapers and high-rise buildings that are covered with windows, thus having a bigger possibility of growth there.
RF is also planning to exhibit in IFA 2016 with its economical version of WindowMate, boasting the easier operation, simpler design, and affordable price.
Lee Jae-bok, the vice president of RF, said, "We are going to make a grand entrance to the Chinese market through CIROS 2016. We are looking forward to finding great partners that can promote our product well."
WindowMate is an automated drive robot with strong magnets that cleans both the inside and outside of the window.
There are four neodymium magnets on each unit, which consists of in-unit and out-unit. It operates regardless of the electricity, and automatically detects the height and width of the window and cleans it.
It is remote controllable product, and it stops at the initial location of the robot. The window cleaning liquid agent is automatically sprayed for a cleaner window, and four pads that are attached to the device thoroughly clean the window.
