Royal Precision is the company that takes about 60% of market share in centrifugal separator market in Korea. It was established in 1986, and developed its own centrifugal separator in 1990.
Last year, it received the Bronze Medal in the Industrial Award for its contribution to the environmental technology. In the past, it received many awards including Venture Company and Outstanding Quality Certification, Environmental Facility Certification, and New Product Certifications. They all prove the level of quality and maintenance Royal Precision provides to its clients.
Depending on the usage, its centrifugal separator has usages in dehydrating, separating, and extracting. Its centrifugal can automatically change the spinning speed according to the amount and concentration of the sludge, maintaining the amount of the cake moisture and recovery ratio. Its major usage is for manufacturing chemical powder and calcium carbonate, handling a large capacity without overdriving. Also, the centrifugal separator can be installed in a small space, and has a high efficiency rate.
So far, Royal Precision has supplied over 1,200 centrifugal separators to domestic clients. Currently, the major clients are institution-level, and it is on its way to expand its business scope to individual companies. In coming October, it is exhibiting at Water Expo, which will be held in Daegu. It is also expanding its market globally, especially to Southeast Asia, by exhibiting at a trade show in Singapore in July.
