KOOLSIGN introduced their 4K Decoder in KOBA 2016, held in Coex Hall A, C and D from May 24th (Tue) to 27th (Fri).
KOOLSIGN is a company that provides internal corporate broadcast solutions, along with Digital Signage, Big System, broadcasting equipment, along with related devices. Although their internal corporate broadcasting solution is well known, they introduced a specialized 4K Decoder in KOBA 2016 in their broadcasting equipment line.
The data received from camera gets sent to 4K Decoder via 4K IRD, then to KS Cloud Web Server Solution. With this method, the video and subtitles can easily be compiled and broadcasted. Users can broadcast their desired format through this newly introduced solution.
KOOLSIGN's 'KSB-4004' supports H.265/HEVC's Main 10 profile, along with 4 individual UHD decoding. They utilized a high-quality 4K video, web-based operating solution, along with providing VFD, to make broadcasting simple and easy for the users.
Meanwhile, KOBA 2016 is hosted by KOREA E & EX and The Korea Broadcasting Engineers & Technicians Association, aiming to advance and improve Korean broadcasting culture, video, audio and light industry. World Media Forum, International Conference and Technology Seminar, and other various broadcasting equipment events will also take place at the same time.
