The 8th "SLUSH 2015" is not only Finland's representative exhibition, where more than 3,500 startups participated, but is also Europe's largest startup festival, where startups and promising buyers worldwide came together.
In particular, five companies from the K-ICT Smart Content Center of the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, under the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, participated in the event to create bigger networks with foreign smart content companies and make headway into foreign markets.
The five domestic startups that participated in this conference are Digital Motion Entertainment, Pison Contents, SounDUX, iCubis, and HisShow.
"SLUSH 2015" held the startup battle "SLUSH 100". Startups from foreign countries, including those in Europe, North America, Russia, Asia, and Australia, competed for the gold prize.
Furthermore, CEO Niklas Zennstrom, the founder of Skype, and Supercell CEO Ilkka Paananen, the creator of the popular game "Clash of Clans", participated in a global startup seminar as guest speakers and provided insightful know-how.
