AwesomeWorld (CEO Son Jeong-hwan, www.asmkids.co.kr) showcased the "Happy Reading to Children Program" of AwesomeKIDS, picture books for children, at the 35th EDUCARE & KIDSFAIR 2015 Summer, which ran for four days in August from Thursday the 13th to Sunday the 16th at COEX in Seoul.
AwesomeKIDS, a book brand for infants and children, helps kids aged 4 to 7 make reading a part of their lives. All of the books have QR codes and NFC function.
The company's annual membership provides every month a total of four picture books, including English-version creative-story books about the 12 virtues of human nature, such as cooperation and order, activity sheets, and paper teaching aids.
They can be used not only for reading, but also as educational materials. In addition, even if parents do not read to their children, the kids can still enjoy the reading experience, as the books are narrated by professional voice actors and actresses.
Management support team manager Choi Ji-yeon said: "After ending contracts with institutes, we considered the market for individuals, and then we participated in this exhibition at the request of some parents. We will be launching English story books, and we hope this exhibition will serve as a momentum for us."
