Zeta Crezen (CEO Park Won-ha, www.crezen.kr) showcased the K7 excave, an industrial underwater cleaning robot, at the 37th International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy (ENVEX 2015), which runs Jun. 2-5 at COEX.
This robot can remove sand and small inorganic pollutants. It is often used for underwater clean-up in sand-filtration facilities and sludge clean-up in wastewater treatment plants. Since the robot platform and cleaning unit can be separated, it is flexible enough to adapt to certain work environments, which leads to better cleaning efficiency.
Zeta Crezen is a Korean partner of WEDA, a Swedish underwater cleaning robot developer and manufacturer. The company sells the robots and provides underwater cleaning services.
