GASTEC (CEO Moon Jin-man, www.gasteckorea.co.kr) introduced the BM25, an explosion-proof multi-gas alarm, at the 37th International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy (ENVEX 2015), which runs Jun. 2-5 at COEX.
With an XR IR sensor, the BM25 is durable and long-lasting, and it is equipped with a powerful sound for its alarm (103dB at 1m). It has bright flashing signals with 360-degree visibility, a maximum 170-hour operating time, a minimum data storage capacity of four months, and easy mobility.
This product is perfect for a job site since it is portable, but it comes with the advantage of a fixed system monitor. Its application is incredibly flexible, such as for work location changes, temporary work, and creating nonhazardous environments. It can detect five different gases and categorizes them via BM25's alarm transfer kit.
The product supports Plug and Play and has a dynamic, durable sensor. It is suitable for tablets, drug manufacturing industries, and other related fields.
GASTEC also showcased the Ventis MX4 and iBrid MX6, multi-gas chargers, and the Tango TX1, a single gas detector.

A total of 250 companies from 22 different countries participated in the exhibition, including 181 domestic and 69 international companies, with many from the United States, China, Japan, and Europe.
At the event, 2,000 new environmental technologies and eco-friendly products are on display. These products are expected to lead the environment industry.
