CJK Alliance (president Kim Sang-uk, www.water-terminal.co.kr) participated in the 37th International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy, which runs Jun. 2-5 at COEX. There, the company introduced the Auto Strainer, a full auto water treatment system.
The Auto Strainer takes up little space but provides high processing efficiency. It uses a non-corrosive disk filter, and the advantages are that it needs small amount of space and is easy to install and operate. In particular, users can continually provide treated water even in a back-washing condition.
With its multilayered grooved disk, the product offers improved filtering. Also, it cuts down on the back washing process and minimizes water consumption by using centrifugal force.
First, the original water that enters the inlet connection moves into a disk filter through a three-way valve. Then, the filtered water exits through an outlet. When debris is stacked on the disk's surface, the back wash starts with set time and differential pressure. The back wash operation is carried out in order by each filter. The back flush is applied to a disk using the water filtered by the other disk filter.
This system has many applications, including UF/RO pre-filtration, discharging and reusing processes of sewage treatment plants, sand filtration, cooling towers, small-scale water supply systems, and fish farms.
The 37th International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy is the largest environmental event in the nation.

A total of 250 companies from 22 different countries participated in the exhibition, including 181 domestic and 69 international companies, with many from the United States, China, Japan, and Europe.
At the event, 2,000 new environmental technologies and eco-friendly products are on display. These products are expected to lead the environment industry.
The global news network AVING News is a media partner for this exhibition, delivering related stories to the global market. With video news becoming more important in a mobile world, AVING News is using the new format to disseminate important stories on major companies, products, and technologies.
