Maxfilm Inc., ITO film coating manufacturer (The CEO Jong Oh Bae www.max-film.com), proudly presented their capacitive TSP usage ITO film that contains quality touch feeling and durability at "2014 IT Convergence Expo Korea" held in EXCO MTCC from 27th 29th Aug.
ITO is the abbreviation of Indium Tin Oxide having Indium Oxide and Tin Oxide. ITO is in use to manufacture transparent electrode and electromagnetic shield, and this feature show its great usefulness in daily life usage.
The capacitive ITO film forms fine pattern of horizontal and vertical clear electrode, and one axis is driven with AC signals and the other axis sensors the change of signals. The film offers the better touch feeling than resistive overlay, and its durability is excellent. The user may enjoy the various design options and convenient multi-touching. As for the brief description, sheet resistance is 270, 150, 100 Ω/sq; penetration ratio is more than 90%; reflexibility is less than △R 0.7; and Haze is less than 1.0.
The company uses their own developed system, "Roll to Roll Sputter System" for the coming age of manufacturing Flexible Display that requires metallic and clear conductive thin film.
