Ariul 21 Food (www.haenurilaver.co.kr) has launched its new product, Haenuri mulberry leaves laver, which is good at the growth and development of children and the prevention of lifestyle diseases.
Haenuri Laver, made of 100% domestic laver produced in the clean south western sea of Korea, is the certified seafood by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and is manufactured in the process whose sanitary conditions are monitored by the HACCP system designated by the Korea Food and Drug Administration.
Baked twice with less salt and oil and added mulberry leaves powder, the product is the healthy quality laver with a fresh and tasty flavor which will be enjoyed by both children and adults.
Combining the efficacy of laver with mulberry leaves, which are the specialty products of Jeolla Bukdo (North Jeolla Province), Haenuri mulberry leaves laver is manufactured in a two-step process: firstly, fresh lavers and mulberry leaves are mixed to make dried lavers, and then dried lavers and mulberry leaves powders are mixed to make seasoned lavers.
