'CHIMEI' is a brand name of Taiwan-based panel maker CMO (Chi-Mei Optoelectronics) and the CHIMEI-946D is equipped with its 2ms response wide panel.

It features a 650:1 contrast ratio, 350cd brightness, 160/140-degree viewing angle, 15-pin D-sub and DVI port. It is also a winner of IF design and Red dot design.
