SEOUL, Korea (AVING) -- <Visual News> EcoDays(www.ecodays.co.kr) presents its High Performance Bio-reactor E.PFR Series at the IFAT ENTSIRGAR 2010 from September 13 to 17 in Munich, Germany.
EcoDays offers professional service for wastewater treatment with its own technology. Services include process design, plant planning, and biogas and biological wastewater treatment system installation. It develops creative wastewater treatment systems, which are high performance biological reactor series (aerobic, anaerobic) utilizing fluid dynamics.

E.PFR series have a high wastewater treatment efficiency, relatively short hydraulic retention time, and low energy requirement in aerobic treatment as well as higher biogas yielding for anaerobic digestion. It promises a high efficiency and environmental friendly goods for biogas plant and wastewater treatment system based on its professional experience and advanced technology.
E.PFR is a multi-staged up flow type plug flow reactor. It contains gas that hold up space at the top part of each stage for driving plug flow of fluid, allowing high gas/liquid mass transfer efficiency and good mixing status in the reactor. The reactor was designed for containing higher concentrations of microorganisms, higher dissolved oxygen concentration, and higher efficiency of decomposition of organic matters in wastewater treatment.
E.PFR system is a simple wastewater treatment system for high organic wastewater. It has 2~4 days of hydraulic retention time and reduces the area of the plant site, building and maintenance cost due to its higher efficiency of treatment.
EcoDays' anaerobic digestion technology achieves higher bio-gas production efficiency from strong organic wastewater. The digested water can be treated by E.PFR aerobic treatment system. It is possible to remove scum without separating the equipment. The digester has self-mixing contruction by fluid dynamics. Higher TS and organic loading rate (10 kg/m3․day) is achieved in the digester due to its unique multi-staged upflow type gas hold-up structure as well as higher biogas yielding in short HRT.
Meanwhile, EcoDays plans to officialize its advancement towards the European market through this exhibition, and prepare for the EUREKA Project and related events through related enterprises in England, Spain, and others.
