Kosys (Kotec System) participated in the International Welding & Cutting Automation Show 2020 (WELDING KOREA 2020) held at the Changwon Convention Center (CECO) from Oct. 20 (Tue) to 23 (Fri) to introduce its new product NewRun7DX and X-one 106.
The multi-beam drill machine the company
introduced at this exhibition is capable of automatic processing of up to
700x400mm H-beam, channel, angle pipe, and angle bar hole processing. It is a
machine specially designed for carbide drill machine, and its hole processing
speed is five times faster than that of a general HSS drill, and aids in faster
multi processing work by moving the X-axis and Y-axis.
In addition, the problem can be solved by
diagnosing machine problems and identifying the cause through remote support,
and the office and the network can be connected through Wi-Fi or LAN cable. One
of the features of this product is that anyone can easily operate it through
the company's own conversion program.
Another product is plate drilling machine
X-one 106. The company proudly presents this product that boasts a maximum
processing range of 1,000X600mm and equipped with a function (deburring) that
automatically removes burrs on the back of the hole after drilling. High-speed
RPM and high-torque spindle, upgraded from the existing products, are
installed, and fast hole machining can be done by using a carbide drill. CAD
program DXF file input can be done, and MS Windows-based OS and USB memory
input capability makes it easy to use.
