Weldwell will be participating in the Korea International Welding & Cutting Automation Show 2020 (WELDING KOREA 2020) held at the Changwon Convention Center (CECO) from Oct. 20 (Tue) to 23 (Fri) to introduce its welding head AMI-M15.

Weldwell is delivering products from AMI US and the globally competitive orbital automatic welding machines, welding cameras, pipe cutters, pipe chamfers, pipe & tube fit up tools, pipe zinc plating surface removers, stainless welding soot removers and others to major heavy industries, shipyards, and nuclear power plants in Korea.

The official said, "We provide customized consulting, technology, and post-sales services according to the needs of the company. Also, by providing outstanding products and services tailored to the needs of customers with a comprehensive and long-term perspective, the company provides an efficient solution to secure competitiveness in the field to which customers belong. At the same time, we want to provide the best service as a reliable partner for our customers' successful business."

The AMI M15 WELD HEAD is a sturdy and precise welding head with low radial clearance for GTAW welding of pipes from 3" (76mm) to unlimited sizes, including flat plates. It is mainly used in industries that require high welding quality such as nuclear power, shipbuilding, petrochemical, and construction.

Another product, Adapt Arc, uses the same welding head and power supply to maximize the user's usability by configuring a number of unique processes that can quickly switch back and forth between GTAW & GMAW or FCAW.

The desired route can be specified in advance by setting the reference point and the upslope by using the patented technology Seam Tracker. With this feature, the welding torch will work along the path set by the user for all bead sequences.

The patented Quick Change Torch is designed to change processes in minutes without removing the head from the track, saving you time.

The Korea International Welding & Cutting Automation Show 2020 in its 19th run is hosted by Gyeongsangnam-do and Changwon-si, providing various welding and cutting technology-related information that reflect the latest trends. The exhibited items are as follows. △ Welding automation △ Cutting equipment △ Processing equipment △ Welding machine △ Welding parts and peripherals △ Environmental improvement and safety products △ Inspection and testing equipment △ Welding materials
