AHA Industry will be participating in the Korea International Welding & Cutting Automation Show 2020 (WELDING KOREA 2020) held at the Changwon Convention Center (CECO) from Oct. 20 (Tue) to 23 (Fri) to introduce Check Plus System.

As a manufacturer with 40 years of history in the field of welding equipment, Woosung Electric has developed a new welding management system that combines IoT, cloud and big data technologies with existing manufacturing technologies.

The official introduced, "As a company specialized in welding, we are the only company in Korea that has developed and owns a system that can handle everything from devices to network and server operation in one stop."

Woosung Electric's Check Plus system is a welding production monitoring system that allows you to check the welding status of all sites at a glance in real time in the office. It helps to reduce production cost by managing data that could not be collected or analyzed before.

The official said, "Check Plus is a cloud-based system, and can be used anywhere with Internet access without any additional IT equipment, regardless of location. In other words, you can check the welding status of the Saudi site on the other side of the globe at the Seoul headquarters office with a laptop web browser.

He added, "Through this welding exhibition, we plan to introduce a system that can reduce costs to more companies and select applicants to provide system experience for free. We would like to go beyond just a simple welding equipment manufacturing company and grow into a system company that deals with data related to welding, leading Industry 4.0 in the welding area."

The Korea International Welding & Cutting Automation Show 2020 in its 19th run is hosted by Gyeongsangnam-do and Changwon-si, providing various welding and cutting technology-related information that reflect the latest trends. The exhibited items are as follows. △ Welding automation △ Cutting equipment △ Processing equipment △ Welding machine △ Welding parts and peripherals △ Environmental improvement and safety products △ Inspection and testing equipment △ Welding materials
