EPS will participate in the 42nd
International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy (ENVEX
2020) to be held at COEX from June 17 (Wed) to 19 (Fri) to introduce
low-pollution waste treatment and energy and resource production technology.
EPS is a start-up company established in
2016 with the support from MSS SBC Youth Entrepreneurship School for
technological business. It has technologies that can replace solid combustion
(coal power/incineration) method and waste eco-friendly treatment and renewable
energy/resource technology. It has
installed and tested pilot plant in KEITI Environmental Industry Research
Complex and completed testing, now ready for business.
An official said, "Since our system
does not have a combustion process in the waste treatment process, there is no
need for chimneys and air pollution prevention facilities. Also, our system
produces high-value gas, oil, and waste heat energy with less emission of fine
dust and greenhouse gas. We want to produce biochar well known for reducing greenhouse
gases and improving soil quality by solidifying carbon materials and expand
carbon credits (CERs) and CDM business.
He continued, "We participated this year
for purchasing consultation, investment attraction, and partnership. Depending
on the nature of the project, we plan to focus on EPC and BOT."
Marking its 42nd year this year, ENVEX 2020
has been serving as the business venue every year to help domestic
environmental companies develop domestic and overseas markets. It has attracted
1,000 overseas buyers to provide business matching with the exhibitors in
