Good Life (CEO Lee Jong-ho) participated in
the world's largest technology exhibition CES 2020 opening in Las Vegas on Jan.
7-10 and displayed its power outlet with new concept SO (Safe Outlets) in CES
startup zone Eureka Park MIK INNOVATION HOT SPOT with the support from Changwon
Industry Promotion Agency.
SO was developed to fundamentally solve the
big problem of existing outlets such as electric shock, short circuit, and
SO uses the principle that the water
flowing into the outlet does not enter the inside and is discarded directly
through the drain pipe separated by electric polarity. So, it can be used
safely even when water is poured in the electric outlet.
Other power outlets have the problem of electric shock and short-circuit caused by the process of inserting and removing the plugs and getting foreign materials in them. But SO completely blocks the electricity before inserting the plug completely, so it never causes electric shock or short-circuit.
CEO Lee said, "This technology is the
same size and shape of existing outlets, but can be applied to all 14 outlets
worldwide. We look forward to collaboration, patent transfers, royalty
revenues, and entry into the US, Europe and emerging markets in Southeast
