Eney received the support from Soongsil University Startup Support Group to exhibit at GITEX 2019 from Oct. 6 to 10 to introduce Patchcall BI, which supports call data introduction path and visualization for O2O platform businesses.
Patchcall indicates attaching to any phone number (010, 02, 070), assigning virtual numbers to measure incoming call data by channels.
Visualizing the call data based on this is Patchcall BI. It combines the customer's call log and web log and provides the inflow analysis by each channel in a desired form to help establish a target marketing strategy.
Also, the 050 virtual number (safe number) can reduce unnecessary work due to the exposure of the phone number for not having to expose the office or personal mobile phone number.
Jeon Jae-hyuk, CEO of Eney, said, "Our main target is O2O platform businesses like travel agencies and insurance companies, for it can be customized in cloud base so that it can be used in API format and added to the already made platform. Our biggest achievement here was meeting the partners that fit the global standards along with the O2O platform growth in the Middle East market."
