[2019 K-SAFETY EXPO Video] Gyeongbuk Technopark emphasizes safety industry to "make society where kids can live safely"

Gyeongbuk Province and Gyeongbuk Technopark introduced the exhibited products at the "1st Children's Safety Product Design Competition" and other safety products at 2019 Korea Innovative Safety and Security Expo held in KINTEX 1 on Sep. 25-27.

First of all, the 1st Children's Safety Product Design Competition was held for the purpose of developing high value-added products in the safety industry and stimulating the child safety industry. Participating works were selected by the visitors at the exhibition site.

In addition, five Gyeongbuk companies related to the safety industry participated to find domestic and overseas market channels in the child safety industry in Gyeongbuk area and stimulate related industries.

Among them, Jibi introduced an LED flashing device buried beneath the road to notify the crossroad intersection, and Jeongbokjeonjang introduced a necklace-type emergency escape light in case of fire or blackout.

Rasung Energy unveiled a compact safety helmet that unfolds in emergency situations, and Eco Pure introduced a nose mask that can be used for about 5 minutes in case of fire.

The 5th Korea Innovative Safety and Security Expo was hosted by MOIS, MOTIE and Gyeonggi-do, and organized by KINTEX and KOTRA. It is supported by MSIT, MOLIT, MND, MAFRA, Korea Forest Service, National Fire Agency, Public Procurement Service, Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership, KEPCO, Korail, KESCO, EBS, KFI, KEITI, KISTI, ETRI, KOELSA, MIRECO, KOEN and KOMIPO.
