LaOn Technology will exhibit its wired/wireless converged intercom system Genie at the 29th Korea International Broadcast Audio & Lighting Equipment Show (KOBA 2019), which will run May 22-25.
'Genie combines the multi-channel expandable PoE-based IP intercom and 5GHz wireless intercom that both wired/wireless beltpack and devices can be configured without the highly priced big-scale matrix system.
Genie can be configured to have only the equipment needed for simple call patterns, and can also be expanded to cover the Olympic-level event. It offers 188 IP or wireless beltpack channels, enabling 70 beltpacks to stay in full-duplex mode. Up to 66 remote antenna or repeater can be connected to cover a wide area of coverage.
An official from LaOn Technology said, "LaON intercom systems are already well known for its excellent audio clarity and low system latency. Additionally, the wireless stability and connectivity is enhanced in the new Genie. And, designated Genie configuration manager(GCM) supports for the easy and consolidated management of the system setting, change of the setting, monitoring and more."
KOBA 2019 will be held at COEX Halls A, C, D and Conference Center, taking up a total of 27,997 sqm to present the future of next-generation broadcasting service, video, sound and lighting industry.
