Japanese company 'GENKI CORPORATION' participated in the '13th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition 'held in COEX, Samseong-dong, Seoul from Nov. 28 (Wed.) to Dec. 1 (Sat.) and introduced the 'Natto Noodle'.
Lee Won-ki, president of GENKI CORPORATION, said, "We are displaying special products from Miyagi prefecture in Japan." We are actively introducing collagen-containing konjac jelly, Japanese traditional green tea noodles, and natto noodles.
'Natto Noodle', which is introduced as a flagship product, can be cooked in a short time from 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds from boiling water. Not only is the texture of the chewy and smooth, but also the natto-flavor is gleaned from the noodle itself. It is also one of the special features that it can be used variously in international cuisine.
Meanwhile, the "2018 COEX Food Week (the 13th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition)" is Korea's largest food exhibition where you can see the latest food trends at home and abroad. During the exhibition, large retailers such as E-Mart, Lotte Mart, GS25, Shinsegae Food, CJ Freshway, and other domestic and foreign buyers will hold a business match consultative meeting. It is also going to run variety of special programs such as HACCP KOREA for food industry workers, '2018 Korea Food Technology Conference' and 'Seoul Cold Chain Forum' for future of the food industry.
