Lashevan has secured 4 patents in Korea, and has completed applications and registrations for patents in 41 nations. It is the first Korean brand to participate in the "Salon De Lingerie", and has signed licensing contracts before, with FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, and others.
Its main product has been 1st in sales from 2014~2016 in CJ home shopping, growing in sales by 137% every year, and is currently being sold in key department stores in Japan.
The Functional Drawers, which were shown in this exhibition, is a 3D structured, smart underwear, which utilizes the patented 'H Silicon Band' to naturally separate the phallus, scrotum, and thighs, preventing sweat from building up.
The ergonomic design makes comfortable even when active, and the hidden stitch technique used allows it to stick close to the skin without being uncomfortable.
The Tencel material developed by Lashevan is made of materials from Eucalyptus trees, making it eco-friendly, excellent in absorbability, and it is even softer than silk. The hygienic, natural anti-microbial function developed by Japan's 'Deotech' is used to effectively remove odors.
Manager Jihye Park has stated, "Our company plans to expand into markets in the US, South East Asia, and Europe, based on the continual growth in domestic markets, and experience with overseas exports", and revealed that, "We are setting goals to export to Middle East and Vietnam in various categories by this year. We plan to expand our product lines to include sportswear and lifestyle products."
