E-vone presented smart shoes with drop detector and warning functions at 'CES 2018 Unveiled' in 7th of January in Las Vegas, United States.
E-vone, a French company, made smart shoes for the elderly, workers and travellers. These smart shoes use a device at the sole of the shoe to detect drops or abnormal movements. As soon as the movements are detected, a message will be sent to the emergency contact of the elderly or the emergency service centre. The shoes feature a gyroscope and an accelerometer for the motion sensor as well as a GSM that can communicate in about 120 countries and a GPS for the location.
