Sun-Tech participated in Busan International Shoe Show (BISS) held in BEXCO from Thursday, November 2 to Saturday, November 3 for 3 days, exhibiting ST-6040HS that adopted a high technology called Internet of Things.
ST-6040HS is the most representative computer sewing machine for automatic sewing through various pattern input within the sewing range 600 x 400 mm. With this computer sewing machine, it is possible to maximize efficiency such as enhancing the production quality, decreasing the number of people, shortening the production time, and possibility of skilled working by the unskilled in the production site. And it is possible to make big data with the advanced IoT technology.
This machine is equipped with a new counter device developed by Sun-Tech. designed to enable real-time data communication between Sun-Tech's IoT design sewing machine and OEE monitoring system. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring system developed by Sun-Tech is a program designed to optimize the efficiency of all sewing machine used in sewing production sites. This analysis system has real-time data such as operation rate, production rate, and downtime of each equipment.
Meanwhile, BISS is Korea's only one Shoe Exhibition, which a lot of various global shoes brand, overseas buyer, and Korea's distribution MD participates. It holds the conference by inviting 150 shoes distribution MD of 70 overseas shoes real buyer such as Europe, United States, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia, as well as Korea's large department sore, mart, and online shopping mall. In particular, it is receiving attraction due to large booth line-up, and as the most overseas shoes companies participated.
