'2017 Micro Enterprise Competition' and '2017 KOREA World Food Championship' will be held for 2 days from Nov. 2nd(Thu) to 5th (Sun) at the 2nd exhibition hall, KINTEX, Ilsan. This competition is hosted by Small and Medium Business Administration, held by Micro Enterprise Federation, and developed by KOREA COOKING ASSOCIATION.
The targeted participants for 2017 KOREA World Food Championship are the students and general people that are interested in cooking, the targeted participants for Micro Enterprise Competition are the self of the enterprise or permanent worker of branch office, or the family or general person(elementary school, middle school, university student, office worker, disabled person, industry technician etc.) of Micro Enterprise Owner, which anyone can participate by constructing a team or as an individual according to the competition item.
The contest is largely composed of live contests and exhibition contests. The live contest consists of 10 courses including 3 course / single item cooking contest, rice cake / Korean live contest, etc. and the exhibition contest will be held in 9 contests including Korean food, rice cake / Korean cookies/Pebek contest.
The competition will be evaluated and screened by specialized judges that are composed of proffessors of department of cooking and department of nutrition, and is planning to award from the grand prize to bronze prize for the selected participant.
In addition to the contest, there will also be a variety of other events, such as ▲ lectures on cooking and food by inviting relevant specialist ▲ cooking and food tasting event ▲ cocktail performances, which will be a venue for festival participants and visitors alike.
