The only one flavor analysis specialized company, SCENTONE(CEO An Joong-Hyuk), is gaining high responses in domestic and foreign countries with a scientific approach to the coffee through the 'SCENTONE COFFEE SCIENCE' program.
Last march at the coffee specialized exhibition, Vietnam Café Show, that was hosted in Ho Chi Minh, the SCENTONE COFFEE SCIENCE program was introduced and shared information on coffee in various methods. At the site, scientific data regarding green bean water measurement, roasting colorimeter and coffee TDS measurement were shown. In addition, together with the coffee extract demonstration and experience events, the Coffee Aroma Experience and Coffee Aromable Game were also conducted, attracting the interest and participation of many exhibitors including coffee specialists.
As the interest towards the coffee education of SCENTONE increases, it also had time for scientific analysis and understanding of the coffee flavor to local barista's due to the instruction request from places such as Vietnam Barista School which is the Vietnam's coffee education institute.
Furthermore, the SCENTONE COFFEE SCIENCE booth has been operated in the open desert & fancy food specialized exhibition Sweet Korea, that was held in Korea during March. By showing the process of seeing and feeling in scientific methods of all the process from coffee tree experience to extraction of one cup of coffee, it has got high response from general exhibitors that has a lack of information towards coffee.
The CEO An Joong-Hyuk of SCENTONE said, "We plan to expand the approaching method of the coffee in a scientific way through SECENTONE COFFEE SCIENCE from now on too. As there is high interest in various countries such as Jordan, China and Singapore including Korea and Vietnam, we are thinking to share information with more global coffee industry workers".
