Duson ENG participated in Korea Public Procurement Expo 2017, which was held from April 19(Wednesday) to 21 (Friday) at Ilsan KINTEX, and presented its various gloves.
Hexamor gloves are made of a special material called SuperFabric that is resistant to abrasion, cut, puncture and needlestick. These gloves are even resistant to needlestick of 25 gauge injector needle, sharp glasses, and knives, and this is something that is not possible with existing gloves.
Hexamor gloves are safety gloves for work that can be applied to all areas of different industries that require safety.
Current products in the market are similar, so consumers are not familiar with many products.
Through this exhibition, Hexamor tried to explain the problems and information about Cut Level for consumers, for example, a problem of large difference in cut resistance value even at the same level of 5.
Since 2016, cut resistance value is shown in 9 steps of weight (g) in ANSI/ISEA, and in 6 steps of Newtons (1N/98g) in EN388(CE).
Meanwhile, Korea Public Procurement Expo aims to support the overseas advancement of excellent companies through revitalizing economy and inviting overseas buyers by supporting the creative economy and supporting small and medium sized venture companies' products through public procurement including support for ICT convergence industry and new companies.
