Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition(MIECF)is famous for its Exhibition as well as Forum that is featuring unrivaled presentations by world renowned green visionaries.
A wide variety of seminars and forums are taking place during the 'Green Forum. Audiences from all over the world filled the seminar room under the forum "The Ways to Drive Higher Performance in Green Buildings" which was run at Venetian Macao Florence Room from May. 31st.

Mr. Wong Kam-sing, the Secretary for the Environment, Environment Bureau, Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, addressed the topic concerning 'HK's Climate Action Plan 2030+ : Climate Change and Green Building.'
This session also explored innovative and cutting edge technology and strategies for low-energy green buildings that will benefit cities. Participants discussed how innovation in conceptualizing design and energy performance in buildings (manufacturing, government, and hospitality sectors) can reduce carbon emissions and enhance transition towards green city.
Meanwhile, the annual MIECF is an international exhibition designed to increase the impact of environmental projects within the global market of the China's Pan-Pearl River Delta Region in Southern Mainland China and the international markets. It is a key influential and international event hosted by the Macao Investment Promotion Bureau and the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The 2017 MIECF is being held under the theme "Innovative Green Development for Sustainable Future"
