Radian (CEO, Beom Gi Kim) participated in the 33rd Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2017), held at COEX from March 16th to 19th and exhibited its Semi-Automated External Defibrillator.
Automated External Defibrillation (AED) is an emergency medical device that automatically analyzes the rhythm of the patient's heart and, when necessary, regenerates the cardiac function by delivering electrical shock in times when the heart stops beating and oxygen delivery is blocked due to emergency heart disorders like sudden cardiac arrests.
Radian's Semi-Automated External Defibrillator HR-503 offers automatic / manual self-diagnosis, automatic patient impedance analysis, step-by-step voice guidance, status alerts, electrocardiogram analysis (NEWFWM ECG) and can be used by both adult and children. Other features include IrDA, Bluetooth 2.0, non-rechargeable lithium-manganese batteries, more than 200 times of shock, non-rechargeable batteries, and can operate in 4 languages.

Meanwhile, KIMES 2017 is Korea's largest exhibition for medical and hospital equipment.
