Ha Jae (Representative Ha Jae Hoon) participated in the Global Startup Fair '4YFN', co-hosted with 'MWC 2017' from February 27 to March 2, as a joint venture of the Smart Venture Business School of the Korea Venture Business Agency, and introduces delivery sharing application, SongSong.
SongSong applies a shared economy system to existing delivery apps so that everyone with transportation means such as bicycles and motorcycles can become a delivery man.
When a customer receives a delivery request, it notifies the delivery agents in the vicinity and the corresponding route through a pop-up message, and it is an intermediary service that matches the accepted agent. In the case of a store owner, delivery service is possible without employing delivery personnel or facility investment, and customers will have wider range of choice.
"After securing the delivery engineer's resources, the ultimate goal is to expand the distribution network with general logistics such as large markets and online shopping malls.", Hajae said. Hajae plans to expand SongSong service starting from Taiwan, which is the world's largest motorcycle user, and to Vietnam and India.
Meanwhile, 4YFN (4 Years From Now), co-hosted with MWC 2017 (Mobile World Congress 2017), is a global startup exhibition featuring exhibitions, conferences, contests and investor meetings. Start-ups, venture capital and incubators with innovative technologies meet in one place and are held at Fira Montjuic in the same period as MWC.
The global news network Aving News, which has delivered the most issues of CES, MWC and IFA, which are the world's top three tech exhibitions over the past decade, will also send a special report team to the MWC to report major issues in the market. Also, as part of 'MADE IN KOREA & MADE BY KOREA' project, it will find companies from Korea who participated in the exhibition and introduce them to all over the world.
