Smart Venture Institute of Gyeongbuk National University participated in 'CES 2017 (Consumer Technology Show)' that is the world's largest IT consumer electronics and consumer technology tradeshow held in Las Vegas, the United States from January 5th to January 8th.
Smart Venture Institute of Gyeongbuk National supported the participation of Korean enterprises into the world's largest IT tradeshow in order to establish a foothold for them to enter into the global market. The enterprises supported by the institute are GOQUAL, A WORKS, Second Ground, and Creators that came to this CES as the Daegu Common Facility. This is a great opportunity for them to promote their products and services and make a leap forward to the North American and global markets including the United States.
The Daegu Common Facility consists of 22 promising small and medium-sized businesses and venture companies all over the country and works in many different fields such as IoT, AR/VR, Robot, Drone, Vehicle, Sports Convergence, and more. Even more than that, they carried out active marketing activities for foreign buyers based on the North American markets with their products produced by their creative ideas and high technologies.
The Daegu Technopark and Smart Venture Institute and Smart Drone Technology Center of Gyeongbuk National University opened 'CES Daegu Common Facility' and supported the exhibition operation of 22 domestic enterprises and business meeting with a buyer.
CES (Consumer Technology Show), which is the world's largest IT consumer electronics and consumer technology tradeshow, is a good opportunity to figure out the flow of the global electronic industry at a glance and is held on every January by CTA (Consumer Technology Association).
