SNOWMONS (CEO, Lee Ji Ha) took part in 'CES 2017 (Consumer Technology Show)' that is the world's largest IT consumer electronics and consumer technology tradeshow held in Las Vegas, the United States from January 5th to January 8th for part of 'Local Convergence Sports Industry Base Development Project,' held by a support from Daegu Metropolitan City (Daegu Sports Convergence Industry Support Center) and put 'SKIATE' in the show.
The existing sports in the snow are limited such as ski and snowboard. Also, it is quite hard for beginners to learn and carry. 'SKIATE' proposed by SNOWMONS is skating in the snow. People can do all movements while skiing and snowboarding as well as roller-skating and skating.
SKIATE has a snowboard binding ski boots and plates, so users can combine them together with one-touch when they put their legs up. Also, they can adjust the length of the two-colored plates around blocks in the middle. This function of adjusting the length depending on their skills and tastes is a SNOWMOND's own patented product.
The CEO of the company, Lee Ji Ha, said, "I really would like to promote SKIATE in the American market and even enter into the global market in this CES."
Then, CES (Consumer Technology Show), which is the world's largest IT consumer electronics and consumer technology tradeshow, is a good opportunity to figure out the flow of the global electronic industry at a glance and is held on every January by CTA (Consumer Technology Association).
Aving News Korea, which have reported issues of CES, MWC, and IFA as the world' three major technology exhibitions the most for the last 10 years, will send a special group of reporters to CES, report main issues of the markets, and introduce Korean enterprises all over the world this year.
