Dong Il Canvas ENG showcased its one-step sludge processing in International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy (ENVEX 2016) held in Seoul Coex from May 31st (Tue) to June 3rd (Fri).
It is a company with 20 years of experience in manufacturing various water processing facilities, filtering cloth, and canvas. For the best performance in sludge dehydrator, it has been focusing on improving its belt presses, filter presses, centrifugal dehydrators, screw dehydrators, and multi-plate dehydrators.
The one-step processing of sludge takes the process of concentrating, dehydrating, and electric dehydrating. The process used to take longer by moving the sludge from mixed chamber to concentrated storage. With the one-step process, the concentrating happens in one place. The concentrated sludge goes straight to the dehydrator, getting rid of the extra steps. Also, it is compact in size.
The type of first dehydration can be chosen, and since the formation of floc is maintained, there is no need to have a mixing container and adding chemicals. The highly-efficient cohesion and concentration can be done.
The electric dehydrator has the highest content of moisture, and the life cycle of the machinery is long. The sludge comes out in uniform in quality.
Meanwhile, ENVEX 2016 is supervised by KEPA (Korea Environmental Preservation Association) and organized by KECO (Korea Environment Corporation), SLC (SUDOKWON Landfill Site Management), KEITI (Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute), and KEPA. ENVEX 2016 is the largest trade show in the environment tech and renewable energy industry in Korea, with over 2,000 eco-friendly technologies and products on display.
