Seho Medical Instruments (CEO Lee Yeong-ran) showcased its "Lentex" mattress with body pressure distribution function at "SENDEX 2015" (Seniors & People with Disabilities Expo), which runs for three days from Thursday the 5th to Saturday the 7th at KINTEX.
Unlike other mattresses, moisture and liquid cannot penetrate the "Lentex" mattress. The secret is that the entire mattress is coated with Lentex, a tape made from a special material. It has no joints or zippers. The company's technology blocks pollutants from entering the mattress, but makes it breathable. It can be easily washed with soap water, even when it is stained with pollutants.
In particular, with its body pressure distribution function, it can be used for medical purposes to prevent bedsores in hospitals and homes. The product's height is 13cm and consists of three layers. As each layer has a different density, it can provide utmost comfort.
Seho Medical Instruments is importing and exporting its products for patients with incontinence. The company's main products include the Lentex mattress, which prevents bedsores, skin-protecting creams, aprons and waterproof cloths.
The 11th "SENDEX 2015", the largest welfare exhibition in the country, is an event for seniors and people with disabilities. The exhibition acquired international certification from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It provides various and specialized information about healthcare products, senior-friendly goods, assisting equipment, bathing products, post-retirement plans, emigration, and funerals for 7 million seniors and 13 million baby boomers.
