Pavilion dv8000 is powered by the latest Intel centrino duo mobile technology, and it is available with MS windows XP media center edition 2005 to store, share, edit and enjoy photos, music and videos. 
LightScribe direct disc labeling enables users to create custom, silkscreen quality, laser-etched CDs and DVDs. 
You can control entertainment software from the palm of your hand with the optional HP mobile remote control which can be stored in the express card slot. 6-in-1 media card reader is also provided.
