The Table Brewing Company Introduces Beers Shaped by Various Activity Themes such as Sports and Camping at KIBEX 2024

The Table Brewing Company (CEO Shim Geum-sook) announced its participation in the '6th Korea International Beer Expo (KIBEX 2024)', which will be held for three days from April 11th (Thursday) to 13th (Saturday) at COEX in Seoul.

Starting as a brewpub in Jongno, Seoul, The Table Brewing Company relocated to Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, in 2012. It has since met consumers through various channels based on its experience producing over 50 premium craft beers. They have diversified their packaging over the past two years by developing and launching six canned and two bottled beers. Since winning the Korea Wine & Spirits Award in 2016, they have received awards and medals at Korean and international beer competitions, such as the International Beer Cup, Asia Beer Championship, and Korea International Beer Awards.

The Table Brewing Company highlighted its beers' excellent taste, aroma, and drinkability as strengths. In particular, the Goyang Lager beer made with Goyang's specialty rice, Kawa-ji, is characterized by its clean finish. The essence of Goyang is expressed through the beer, and efforts are being made to establish it as the beer of Goyang. In addition, Seoul 1988 incorporates retro sensibility into beer in line with trend preferences.

Moreover, the six canned beers embody various activity themes with matching flavors and aromas, each having its unique identity. Play Ball, themed around baseball, is the most popular Lager beer type with high drinkability. Once More, themed around skateboarding, is an IPA-style beer with intense tropical fruit flavor and bitterness.

Love All, themed around tennis, preserves the refreshing aroma and taste of Gohung yuzu, while Monochrome is a clean and flat Black Lager beer with coffee and subtle chocolate flavors. Slow Life, themed around camping, features a red ale campfire with oak chip whiskey nuances and caramel aromas reminiscent of toffee nuts from malt.

Finally, Fairway, themed around golf, combines lemongrass and coriander into a Belgian Saison, creating a smooth and fresh beer reminiscent of a spring day on the golf course.

KIBEX 2024 is a comprehensive event covering this year's beer trends and the brewing industry. This exhibition, which provides a crossroads of industry trends and global networking opportunities, offers a valuable platform for stakeholders in the beverage industry. Taking place simultaneously, DRINK SEOUL provides a convenient option to explore various beverage industries, including premium traditional liquors, wines, distilled spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, all in one place. KIBA (Korea International Beer Award) and KIBCON (Korea International Beer Conference) will also be held during the exhibition. Additionally, side events such as new product showcases, wine & traditional liquor seminars, and 1:1 business matching programs are arranged.
