Hyundai Motor to Open 'Casper Studio Songpa,' Permanent Offline Exhibit Hall for its Compact SUV Casper

Hyundai Motor announced that it will open the first 'Casper Studio Songpa' on the 27th (Wednesday). 'Casper Studio Songpa,' with a total area of 240㎡, is an offline exhibition space designed for direct experiences where customers can directly experience and consult on vehicles before purchasing Casper online.

Since launching Casper in 2021, Hyundai has been operating popup store-style exhibition spaces in four locations, including Seongsu, Yongin, Haeundae, and Jeju, but this is the first time for a permanent exhibition space.

Anyone can freely access 'Casper Studio Songpa' after issuing a My Pass at a kiosk located at the entrance without a separate reservation.

When customers enter, individual welcome messages are displayed on the large media wall, and visitors are provided with personalized space experiences through customized music playback services.

Inside the exhibition space, four Casper vehicles, including one special display vehicle, are exhibited. Customers can check vehicle options, catalogs, and price lists according to the digital specifications placed in each exhibition vehicle. Additionally, visitors can see various Casper colors in one place, including interior and exterior color chips and lifestyle goods.

'Casper Studio Songpa' is equipped with a Casper Connector Zone and Private Booth Zone, where visitors can experience the vehicles sufficiently and then proceed with consultations and purchases.

The Casper Connector Zone is a space where customers can virtually combine their preferred color, trim, and vehicle options using the Casper-exclusive Configurator and receive detailed estimates. Customers can also save the estimate, catalog, and price list to their mobile phones via SMS using the My Pass issued upon entry. After completing self-estimation at the Casper Connector Zone, customers can move to the Private Booth Zone for additional purchase consultations.

In the Private Booth Zone, professional consultants from the online Casper Customer Center share the homepage screen with customers in real-time and provide non-face-to-face support for the purchase process, from vehicle estimates to contracts. It is also possible to proceed with non-face-to-face consultations directly at the Private Booth Zone without passing through the Casper Connector Zone.

A Hyundai Motor official said, "We expect that the opening of 'Casper Studio Songpa' will relieve customers' regret for Casper, which was released for online sales only, by providing an opportunity for them to experience the vehicle directly and consult in person." "Hyundai Motor plans to continue providing customers with opportunities to experience vehicles through various attempts, including non-face-to-face exhibition spaces and incorporating IT technology."

Casper Studio Songpa will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, and non-face-to-face consultations in the Private Booth Zone will be available until 9:00 p.m.
